Le'ahi Concept Kitchen

Leahi Concept Kitchen is a restaurant run by staff who are affiliated with KCC. It allows students who have graduated from the culinary program an opportunity to get real world experience. Their menu is small but it has a good mix of seafood and meat dishes and they use a lot of local ingredients. My favorites were the hamachi kama and filet mignon. The prices are high but they give a good portion. They are only open for dinner. I recommend making reservations a few days in advance.  

The dress code here is dressy so you might want to save this place for a special occasion. The restaurant is located on the ground floor of the Waikiki Parc Hotel. The hotel offers valet parking but if you do self-parking, it's free with validation.
