Tenkaippin Ramen

The Kotteri Ramen is their specialty. It's a thick broth made from chicken. Some people love it and some people dislike it because it's too rich. The staff recommends putting some of their special garlic into the ramen. The garlic enhances the flavor of the ramen but don't put too much or you'll end up with garlic breath. My favorite is the Paitan Ramen because I like the pork flavored broth. It's a bit on the salty side so you might want to get a soda to go with it.

The gyoza could use more filling. They don't have gyoza sauce like the other ramen places. So I end up mixing vinegar and soy sauce as my dipping sauce.

For people who don't like to eat ramen, they have other options such as garlic steak and the local special which is fried rice with fried chicken.
